European Auto Dealers to Benefit from Strategic Partnership
MSX International, Inc. (MSXI), a leading provider of outsourced business solutions and services to the global automotive marketplace, today announced that it has selected ETL Solutions Limited, a leading data integration solutions provider, as its European dealer management system (DMS) data collection and distribution service partner. Under the terms of the agreement, the two companies will integrate MSXI’s™ Automotive Business Processing Outsourced (BPO) applications solutions with ETL’s Transformation Manager (TM) Automotive Framework, which is a Web-based system that provides a direct interface to leading dealer DMS systems in Europe. MSXI will use ETL’s data extraction capabilities to seamlessly and securely access dealer client information such as service records, bookings, parts sales invoices, and new and used car sales information. This information will be used to drive MSXI’s Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) programs, which enable dealers to create effective “touch points” with customers during the ownership of their vehicles, and create and retain long-term, loyal customers. The data will also be used in conjunction with MSXI’s Dealer – Sustain Service Profits application and training programs to develop highly effective dealer personnel and increase service profitability.
