OpenSpirit Data Connectors
Developing a Data Connector between systems is a specialist task that requires proven skill and expertise.
OpenSpirit is one of the most popular application and data exchange brokers used by asset teams today.
The OpenSpirit environment consists of a base framework, subsurface application adapters and data store connectors for E&P databases and data formats.
All applications connected to the framework gain access to a rich set of services, including management of virtual project sets, user sessions, conversion of units and geographic coordinate transformations.
Many of the data store connectors have been implemented using ETL’s data integration toolkit, Transformation Manager.
ETL consultants are working with OpenSpirit in the development of the new release of the OpenSpirit PPDM Data Connector which will provide extended functionality including:
• Support for PPDM versions 3.7 and 3.8
• Read and write capability
• Access to more of the OpenSpirit data model
• Greater support for PPDM Usage patterns
• Enhanced access to PPDM log curves
• UDF PPDM library
