On-demand consulting services can be provided to customers who have purchased TM and who simply wish to request experienced technical assistance to assist with, for example, some of the more challenging requirements, or as follow up to project delivery when project requirements change. In either case ETL provide a very cost effective purchase of consulting hours, and often, with TM, significant activities can be accomplished within a few hours.
