On-demand Mentoring
The On-demand Mentoring package offers clients the option of pre-purchasing, or having an open ended amount of consultancy time, provided at our development centre in Wales, UK, which can be taken as the need arises. This service provides an easy to operate, yet very cost effective, means for ETL to assist with client projects.
Flexible Package
The ETL Consultants’ time is split into small 30-minute periods to be used to respond to requests from the client. When purchasing the package, a customer contact is nominated who can request that ETL consultants provide assistance and, optionally, a named ETL consultant can be assigned as the person to respond, thus ensuring that clients are provided with a high level of consistency over a period of time. ETL Consultants' CVs are available on request. Should the named consultant be unavailable, as may occur from time to time, ETL will offer an alternative, but will require customer approval to this before beginning any activity.
Monthly Report
The consultant provides a monthly report and summary of time spent. The cost excludes any standard support, but the report also describes the support activities and time spent on these during the month.
Pricing and Invoicing
The mentoring activity is priced in units of 30 minutes, and charged on a monthly basis. A very competitive pricing structure is available (refer current price list) which makes this service very cost effective. An upper limit may be set to fit client budgets and discounts are also available for larger pre-purchases. All the work is carried out at our premises and so no travel or subsistence expenses will be incurred.
