ETL Solutions (ETL) and in particular it's product Transformation Manager (TM) has a history of work in the E&P Technical Data domain going back to the mid 90s. Delivering either the toolset for client/partner teams to use or complete solutions working with most of the leading E&P models and data repositories.
The ETL team of analysts, consultants and developers have contributed to a range of successful E&P projects, and their many years of IT, data modeling and data transformation skills greatly reduce project risk, costs and timescales.
Through the many projects delivered and in progress, TM is continually enriched to meet the new challenges faced by the E&P sector. Features such as automatic unit of measure (UOM) conversion system for all numeric data types and for string types (using the international standard (SI) Unit).
TM is widely used in E&P by a number of major oil companies. Read about our recent work to automatically enforce Corporate Data Standards in OpenWorks projects (registration required). TM is also embedded in Schlumberger’s ProSource™ Transformation Manager Product and is now being used as part of OpenSpirit’s latest release to enhance the performance of the OpenSpirit PPDM data connector.
