Generate Components

Automatic Java Code Generation of Integration Components

Integration components are initially specified using TM Design Tool where transform rules are entered in a combination of drag and drop between data items and a high level language, relatively easily understood by domain specialists, people who can discuss integration requirements in terms of the data fields and rules for changing these as data is migrated.

Once the integration components have been specified and entered into TM Design Tool, they are quickly generated as Java code in the form of a Java Archive File (JAR) and can be easily deployed by various means. TM remains the leading provider of integration components that are quickly delivered as Java code for deployment in this flexible manner.

There are numerous architectures in which these integration components can then be deployed, reading and writing to all kinds of data formats.

To deploy TM Transforms requires a TM Run-Time. This provides an interface to specify the run-time connection details and run the integration components. Various adapters are available for reading and writing many formats of data, e.g. Databases, XML, Java, CSV, Excel and SAP and each of these are using an Open Interface Adapter Interface. Specialised adapters are easily written should a new format be required to be accessed.

TM Transforms are then able to be deployed as stand alone components initiated by various means, e.g. TM Test Tool, TM Deployment Tool, Microsoft Scheduler, or command line. Alternatively the components can be deployed in various Java Deployment architectures, e.g. Application Servers, Workflows, Messaging architectures or a Service Orientated architecture. The deployment choices are endless!
