A specialist software company is celebrating after winning new business across the globe.

Software development company ETL Solutions has signed contracts as far away as the United States and Malaysia. As a result, the firm has created three new high-level roles for IT experts and has already added to its team of developers.

After attending a series of Oil & Gas industry trade shows in Houston, Texas, the company has won a stream of new business. Its latest success is a contract to supply data movement software and consultancy to iStore, one of the industry’s leading technology companies. Meanwhile, the firm has signed a contract with Malaysian technology provider Navita Origo to distribute its data movement software to the Oil & Gas industry in Asia.

Closer to home, the North Wales-based company has just completed a consultancy project for Start Up Loans, the government funded scheme to provide loans for entrepreneurs. The scheme, which is chaired by ex-Dragons Den incumbent James Caan, commissioned ETL Solutions to carry out a data migration project which has just been successfully completed.

These successes build on the company’s steady growth rate since its launch in 2002. By focusing on software and services that tackle very complex data, ETL Solutions has grown an international client base that includes prestigious organisations such as JP Morgan, Honda and NATO. As a consequence, sales revenue last year grew by 15%.

“The expertise of our team and their knowledge of complex data management is what drives the company’s success” said managing director John Bigerstaff. “We’re now looking forward to further expansion with the help of a bigger team of developers and consultants.”
