Our Sales Director, Karl Glenn, is hosting a panel discussion this week at the Automotive Parts Management conference in Dusseldorf.

Entitled ‘There is room for all of us: Finding our place in the highly competitive aftermarket arena’, the panel discussion brings together different perspectives on competition and collaboration in the market. The discussion will include: exploring how OEMs, suppliers and retailers can operate as both collaborators and competitors; ensuring that online retail giants such as Amazon and eBay can add value; and moving beyond price point towards brand loyalty, value added service and higher levels of warranty.

Karl will be hosting the discussion at the conference on 26th April. The panel consists of Ansgar Bertels of Hyundai Mobis, David García Martínez of Bugatti Automobiles and Ludivine Gloria of Oscaro.

The Automotive Parts Management conference shares strategies on how to maintain profitability in aftersales service and parts. The conference is held on the 25th and 26th April.
