Chris uses his specialist knowledge to solve complex data integration challenges, and his experience includes the Finance, Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Travel, Automotive and Supply Chain sectors. Before joining ETL, Chris worked in Automotive production plants across Europe, managing vehicle systems configuration and improving plant efficiency. Having addressed another complex challenge in knocking down and rebuilding his house on the side of a mountain, Chris looks forward to relaxing on the porch as the sun goes down. Although he still needs to build the porch.

John Bigerstaff, Executive Chairman

A Chartered Engineer, John has played a major role in support of standards bodies, particularly within the Oil & Gas industry. He has also worked in the Automotive sector and developed a good understanding of dealer management systems integration. John especially enjoys the challenges new projects bring and believes that gaining a deep understanding of customer requirements is essential to delivering the best solution. When not pursuing his hobby of supporting the local football team, John puts his project management skills to good use by building and renovating houses.

Richard Cook, Chief Technical Officer

Website-Image-Richard-Cook1-150x150With ETL since its inception, Richard has spent the last decade focusing solely on data integration. He is a regular speaker at global conferences. Richard graduated from Keele University with joint honours in Maths and Computer Science and worked in a range of industries, solving problems with everything from an oscilloscope to his intuition. Richard is occasionally allowed out to run the coastal paths of Wales, with his two Jack Russells doing their best to trip him up.
